Abstract:
Thiabendazole and 2-aminobutane, when used as a combined treatment, show good compatibility, giving better results in the post-harvest control of green moulds of citrus fruits than treatment with either of the individual components. In addition, such a combination has a wider antifungal spectrum than each of the two components alone, is active against benzimidazole-resistant strains of Penicillium digitatum, and has the advantages of both thiabendazole and 2-aminobutane. © 1985.
