Abstract:
Benomyl, maneb, fentin acetate, thiabendazole, a dichloro derivative of thiabendazole, and thiophanate all liberated vapours inhibitory to the germination of Cercospora beticola spores. In tightly closed containesr benomyl and maneb were the most toxic materials. On sprayed leaves the vapour action diminished with time; 11 days after treatment only benomyl still exhibited extreme fungitoxic action. Copyright © 1971 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd
