Abstract:
The effect of BAY SIR 8514, diflubenzuron and Hercules 24108 on larval growth, pupation and emergence of Tribolium confusum was determined. BAY SIR 8514 was about twice as active as diflubenzuron, whereas Hercules 24108 was much less active. BAY SIR 8514 is suggested, in addition to diflubenzuron, as a potential insecticide against stored-product insects. © 1981 Springer Science + Business Media B.V.
