Seven Trichoderma isolates [T. asperellum (T-34, T-203, T-44 & T-GH11), T. atroviride (T-IMI 206040), T. hamatum (T-382) and T. harzianum (T-248)] exhibited the ability to biocontrol plant-parasitic nematodes such as the root-knot nematodes, Meloidogyne incognita and M. javanica (endo-parasites). This nematicidal activity was examined in vitro, in growth-chambers and in microplots, with 3 crops (cucumber, lettuce and tomato) and in two different soil types.
