Mineral bases, nitrogen and phosphorus were determined in leaf roll affected and healthy vines of Mission cv. (propagated from cuttings) for two seasons. Potassium was higher in LR petioles, with a trend for lower values in LR leaf blades. Ca was somewhat higher in leaf blades from healthy vines. Na content increased during the season, with a definite trend for higher values in LR leaf blades and less consistently, petioles. Nitrogen was often higher in realthy leaf blades. In one year, a trend for lower P values in healthy petioles and leaf blades was indicated.
