Differences between 5 Awassi and 5 Booroola × Awassi ♂ lambs, slaughtered at 44.6 and 42.6 kg resp., were significant for weights of feet (1.3 and 1.1 kg for purebreds and crossbreds resp.), tail fat (2.7 and 0.7 kg), diaphragm (134 and 156 g), pericardium (63 and 84 g) stomach (1.41 and 1.12 kg), kidney fat (153 and 398 g), channel fat (43 and 78 g) and total body fat (1.1 and 1.9 kg).
