Abstract:
Particle passage and screen clogging are interrelated, therefore accurate sizing can be obtained only with frequent release of the trapped particles. A screen was developed using two independent motions, one for efficient particle passage and the other to release trapped particles, giving nearly perfect sizing accuracy without cumulative clogging.
