Abstract:
A polyacrylamide gel containing a low percentage of bisacrylamide is shown to be applicable to separation of RNA molecules within the molecular weight range of 0.7 × 106 to 15 × 106, the molecular weight of giant heterodisperse RNA. The exact relationship between mobility and molecular weight is reported. © 1976.
