Abstract:
The syntheses of some azido hydroxy butanoates and azido hydroxy butandioates in enantiomerically pure form are presented. The racemic, diastereomerically pure educts are prepared in few steps. These racemates are resolved with the aid of lipases from Pseudomonas fluorescens (P) and Candida cylindracea (CC). © 1992 Kluwer Academic Publishers.
