Abstract:
Modifications were made to improve the Trichoderma selective medium (TSM). TSM supplemented with benomyl was efficient for isolating Fusarium spp. from soil; and TSM supplemented with captan was a specific selective medium for Trichoderma spp., even in the presence of Fusarium in the soil. © 1983 Springer Science + Business Media B.V.
