Abstract:
A specific assay for NADPH is described which is sensitive down to 0.3 mμmole. The change in absorption or fluorescence due to addition of a NADPH specific enzyme is followed. The method is suitable for the determination of NADPH in the presence of other substances that absorb at the same region. © 1969.
